The 12th Duhok International Film Festival begins in Iraq Kurdistan

The 12th Duhok International Film Festival is about to begin with a bunch of films from the Arab world. This international film festival is going to start from December 9 to 12th December 2025 in the Kurdish region of Iraq. A press conference was held on the occasion. President of the Duhok International Film Festival Mr. Amir Ali and Press and Media Manager of the Festivals Committee Mr. Hassan Arif were present. Short and documentary sections on Kurdish cinema will be held in this 12th Edition . Last year, the theme country of the 11th Duhok International Film Festival was India.

This Duhok International Film Festival aims to bring together Arab cinema, Kurdish cinema and international cinema.
